I’m taking you guys dep into Mexico’s copper canyon in the state of Chihuahua to meet the Raramuri. They are Mexico’s indigenous people from this state who have been living in these mountains for hundreds of years. They are also known as the tarahumara and are known for long distance running. They usually win any marathon they participate in and do it while wearing their huaraches (sandals) Up in the mountains the air is very thin and that makes running harder but through years they continue to dominate long distance marathons. Today I will show you their lifestyle and how they live.
